17-STOREY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

BAUER Philippines conducted bored piling works for a 17-storey mixed-use residential-commercial tower in Sta. Cruz, Manila, with various pile dimensions: 51 Ø1200mm, 36 Ø1000mm, and 81 Ø800mm, and a maximum length of 26 meters. The project, located on a 16-hectare plot near commercial buildings, required extra precautions due to high foot traffic. Initial testing involved 168 piles for design confirmation, later increasing the total pile length by 645.94 meters. The construction is coordinated with the nearby Tower 1, adding challenges in scheduling and material delivery for both towers.
